I always look forward to my visits to Kevin Edward Jewelers! It's not just a visit to a jewelry store -I feel like it's a visit with my extended family! When you walk through their door, you know you will receive friendly, professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Their patient, helpful, friendly, no pressure atmosphere is always appreciated. Having expert Goldsmiths and in-house repairs are a real bonus. If you don't find what you are looking for, they can order it for you. As for repair or redesign of your favorite jewels, no job is too large or small. They have excellent suggestions if you are not sure what you want. I brought a pendant and earrings in that belonged to my mother and had them custom create a ring for me. Today I received an amazing new setting for my mothers diamonds. Not only was the service outstanding, but their jewelry designer handled my diamonds with the utmost care and their precision was impeccable.

This is the best place to go for all jewelry needs! Everyone makes you feel so welcomed, happy, and comfortable. My grandma left me her engagement ring before she passed, and I wanted to use the stones in my own engagement ring and wedding band of choice. My rings are PERFECT! They're so beautiful and are exactly what I envisioned 🙂

I wish I could give 6 stars to Kevin Edward Jewelers. Johnna helped my fiancé design the perfect engagement ring, it is utterly beautiful. But that’s not all, Kevin was able to expedite the process and have the ring finished early so that my fiancé could propose on Thanksgiving with our families - it was the best surprise!My gratitude doesn’t end there though. When I brought the ring in to be resized, I realized what a rare find Kevin Edward Jewelers is. At the risk of sounding cliche, I have to say that they truly treated me like family; I felt like family. Johnna was so excited for me, that she made a special appointment for me to get resized. Kevin even offered to come to my work and size me and pick up the ring! Not only that, he arranged for the resized ring to be ready for pickup that very same day - I didn’t have to part with it for more than 7 hours!!I’ve never experienced such exceptional service and honest genuine care. I can’t thank them enough for who they are and what they do…after reading a number of these reviews, it touches my heart to see just how many people the Kevin Edward team have been able to make so happy.This is truly the best jeweler in CT, hands down.

The owner and staff were amazing to work with. My wedding band and engagement ring are old and needed a lot of work. There is also a lot of engraving inside my wedding band. Many jewelers turned me away because of this. Kevin Edwards Jewelers did not. They worked around the engraving and restored my rings. The work was well done and my rings are beautiful. I would definitely use this jeweler again.

Today I brought in my Tag Heuer, which is a watch that isn't even sold at this store. Not only did the very nice lady (I wish I would have caught her name) with dark hair and glasses, fix it, she did not charge me anything for the repair (it was a bent pin that kept my watch strap attached to the watch). I will be coming back for sure!!!!

Kevin Edward Jewelers did an excellent job on my wedding ring!! I went to Kevin Edward Jewelers somewhat last minute before my wedding. I had been communicating with a different local jeweler for months prior to that, and that other jeweler ultimately completely dropped the ball forcing me to look elsewhere causing a great deal of stress. Had I known what I know now, I never would have wasted time and money on the other jeweler who supposedly had a good reputation. Johnna and Kevin were excellent to work with! They were able to make me a custom wedding ring to match my engagement ring and did so very quickly at a very competitive reasonable price. The communication from them throughout the process was excellent. I highly recommend Kevin Edwards Jewelers!!

Brought in an Invicta watch for a battery replacement. Mickey was more than helpful and kind. Took her time to clean my wedding rings and showed us some very beautiful custom pieces. Introduced us to Kevin Edward, who was also very kind and knowledgeable. Will be coming here from now on. Experience was incredible!

Kevin Edward Jewelers has a new loyal customer! I brought in my diamond wedding band, which was originally my grandmother's and is about 80 years old. The prongs were weak and I was losing diamonds out of it, among other things. The customer service I received and the explanation I got for what my ring needed was impressive. Kevin's staff is very knowledgeable and walked me through every step of the process. When I got the ring back it looked brand new. I was beyond impressed. I feel like I made a great decision and chose the right professional for the repairs. This is my new go to jewelery store for all repairs and purchases! They went above and beyond and the pricing was reasonable.

My family has purchased jewelry from Kevin Edward and have also had jewelry repaired or created. They are always very friendly and helpful and the jewelry is beautiful. They recently repaired an old ring of mine that had loose stones and they did a great job fixing and resizing it. I highly recommend this business!

I made the switch from my local jeweler that I went to for YEARS. I have to say the quality of service blew me away. I brought in two of my wedding rings and a ring that was redesigned using my grandmothers diamonds. They all needed overhauled meaning, resized, prong work and cleaned. I had two watches that needed batteries. I had brought them to the other jeweler and they said I would have to send them direct to the maker. Who wants to do that? Mikki changed the batteries and cleaned the watches beautifully. I had the watches back in two days. All of the work on my rings were completed in a week instead of 2 months or longer. I was blown away with how they sparkled and shined and looked better than when they were brand new. Absolutely stunning shine. Ladies, if you just need your rings cleaned you must take them to KE. Their selection of diamonds is also extensive. The location is terrific which is right next to Avon Prime Meats. Kevin or Mikki will totally take care of you.

My fiancé and I recently moved to the area and are planning our wedding next month. Kevin was so welcoming and helped us find perfect rings for both of us. Kevin and the jeweler took my fiancé's custom designed engagement ring and designed the perfect ring to fit with it. They also recommended some changes to the engagement ring to make the design work and their work was great! Kevin worked with me on finding a diamond for my fiance within my budget. The ring came out flawless and I couldn't have been more happy with it. Then he worked with my fiance and I on designing my wedding band. He was able to take diamonds from a different band and create a whole new look. I would recommend Kevin to anyone. His honesty and integrity are rare qualities in this industry where often times the sale matters more than the customer. Kevin is more concerned about customer satisfaction which is why we have continually come back for all our fine jewelry needs. Kevin designed a beautiful engagement ring with surrounding wedding bands to fit my small fingers. The ring is spectacular and we couldn’t be happier. Kevin also designed 2 necklaces that were originally earrings that I gave to both of my daughters. They are also so spectacular that while sitting in the audience (front row) at the Kelly Clarkson Show - Kelly Clarkson complimented how beautiful my daughters necklace was.
